MapperGUI 1.6 and earlier: 

G. Willoughby has released his code into the public domain. Note this
only covers MapperGUI.pyw, and the files in the modules/, help/, and

MapperGUI 2.0 - 2.5:
	Cynthia Higginbotham did much tweaking of MapperGUI and the
underlying mapper, and releases her derivative work under GNU Public
License 2.0 (see GPL20.txt). However, only the diffs between all
previous work and the current version are actually "my" work to so
license, until Mr. Marmont's rights and permissions are clarified.

MapperGUI 3.0 - ?:
	Cynthia Higginbotham did a complete re-write of MapperGUI
	using the wxPython toolkit. The GUI code is now original code,
	and is released under GPL 2.0. However, the underlying
	mapper.py program is as above for MapperGUI 2.0 - 2.5.
